Shipping and Returns

Firstly, we want to thank you for your order.  We will make every effort to ensure your order is handled correctly and with personal care.  Although instances do occur in which the customer has ordered the incorrect item or we mishandled the order in some way.  In these instances, we do have policies and procedures to help resolve the situation. Remember, customer service is our priority.

Shipping

Most orders ship within 7-10 business days upon receiving your order, however on occasion it may take longer due to material availability or quality control issues on the part of our suppliers.  If an item is on backorder or extremely delayed, you will be notified within 48 hours of placing your order.  Every effort will be made to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

We use a variety of shipping carriers, but usually rely on both UPS and FedEx in order to provide insurance, protection, and tracking information.  Due to the weight of most items, we ship ground unless otherwise specified by the customer.  All shipping charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for any items lost in transit or damaged by the carrier.

Returns

What that means is we want you to be happy with your purchase and will refund your money if you do not like what you bought.  Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, no two items will be identical and there will be some slight differences between products. Our business does require that all returns be made within the first 14 days of receiving your order.  All returns beyond 14 days could be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
